The Trump International Golf Club Dubai was inaugurated in a spectacular ceremony in February 2017. The second development, AKOYA (formerly AKOYA Oxygen) boasts a world-class golf course by Tiger Woods Design, the Trump World Golf Club Dubai. It is also home to branded villas from Just Cavalli, along with a significant retail, dining and entertainment offering. Handover began at AKOYA in July 2019.
Other prestigious projects include DAMAC Tower Nine Elms London, the first Versace Home branded residences in a striking 50-storey tower with panoramic city views; and Mina Al Sultan Qaboos, a collaboration with OmanTourism Development Company (OMRAN) to redevelop the historic Muscat port into a mixed-use waterfront lifestyle destination, that includes hotels, residences, and a dining, retail, leisure and community facility. The overall cost of the project is estimated at USD 2 billion.
